As a small business owner, I usually do not get involved in politics. I can openly admit, each side has their own faults, but…

 Secretary Markwayne Mullin, explain this to the American people.

You’re helping lead the charge against DJI products, calling them a National Security threat, while your own department is publicly using DJI microphones in official media.

You cannot stand at a podium demanding bans that would cripple American small businesses, public safety drone programs, firefighters, search and rescue teams, and law enforcement agencies… while simultaneously using DJI technology yourselves because it works better than the alternatives.

If they are safe enough for your department to trust and publicly use, then stop trying to destroy an entire industry and the thousands of small businesses and first responder agencies that depend on them.

The American drone community is tired of the hypocrisy.

So which is it? Either DJI equipment is dangerous, or it isn’t.

Spent some time testing the new DJI Mavic 4 Pro across the area at night and during the day. With the Freewell Split ND filters, what a machine!

The detail this drone pulls out of the valley is unreal. From storm clouds rolling over the mountains to the glow of the towns after dark, Our area always delivers.

Just a side note: Facebook will ALWAYS dumb down your photos when posting. It’s just what they do.

This thing is an absolute beast!

• 360° Infinity Gimbal
• Incredible low light performance
• Advanced obstacle avoidance with LiDAR

The image quality and cinematic capabilities on this drone are on another level. Definitely looking forward to putting this to work for NEPA Drone on upcoming projects throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

DJI really knocked it out of the park with this one.

Attention Drone pilots: After using a few different drone logging apps over the years, I never really found one that fit how I actually fly. Most of them felt cluttered, and the navigation alone could give you a headache.

So I built one.

RotorLog is officially live on the App Store.

This is your go-to app when you want to launch, log flights, and keep track of your fleet, waivers, batteries, and your Part 107.

I designed it for Part 107 pilots, public safety operators, and even recreational pilots who need something simple, fast, and reliable. No clutter, no subscriptions, no nonsense. Just a clean way to stay organized.

This is something I’ll be using myself on real flights.

Everyone and their brothers who own drones will most likely be out here capturing video as Big Boy No. 4014 crosses the Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct on June 13th.

At this point the train may need an es**rt just to get through the drone traffic.

Wasn’t too long ago we would take Sunnyside Drive up to the third dam with our off road vehicles. The place was very secluded, and sometimes it was a trick to get up there if the road wasn’t decent, let alone crossing the makeshift bridge you had to go over.

Now, you can take the concrete road right to it. It’s definitely not hidden anymore.
