To My Current Bridal Clients,
Updated contracts and policies will be sent via email next week. As my business continues to grow, I have updated my client agreement and policies to better clarify expectations, communication standards, editing policies, and the overall client experience moving forward.
Please take the time to carefully review and sign the updated agreement/addendum at your earliest convenience. These updates are intended to protect both client and photographer while ensuring a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for everyone involved.
If you have any questions regarding the updated terms, please do not hesitate to reach out.
I would also like to kindly address the importance of maintaining respectful and professional communication throughout the client experience. While I always strive to provide every client with my absolute best and work hard to create a positive experience, disrespectful, hostile, aggressive, demanding, harassing, or entitled behavior toward myself or my business will not be tolerated. Mutual respect and professionalism are essential in maintaining a positive working relationship for everyone involved.
Additionally, when booking any photographer, it is extremely important to ensure that you genuinely love and connect with their portfolio, editing style, artistic approach, and overall creative vision prior to booking. Every photographer has their own unique editing and artistic style, and final galleries will reflect that artistic discretion and professional judgment.
For that reason, I kindly ask that clients refrain from directing editing methods, providing Photoshop or editing instructions, or requesting another artist’s editing style after booking.
I am incredibly grateful for every single client who trusts me to capture such meaningful moments. Your support, trust, and kindness truly mean more than you know, and I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you.
