Can we have a little heart to heart chat?
I’ve received quite a few messages asking if I’ll be opening up any more Christmas mini spots or sessions for the rest of the year. The answer is no — I won’t be taking on any additional sessions beyond those already booked or previously discussed.
I will be glad to recommend some of my amazingly talented friends if you're needing a session before the end of the year.
Over the last few years, I’ve worked full time while also running my photography business full time, all while being a wife and mom. I’ve pushed myself hard, and it’s caught up with me. My health has suffered, and I’ve realized I’ve been running on empty—always with a full plate, always trying to keep up.
I haven’t responded to messages or delivered galleries as quickly as I should, and that’s never how I wanted to run my business. I started this because I love capturing memories and serving my clients, but I’ve reached a point where I need to seek peace over profit.
Please know — I’m not stepping away from photography. I still want to capture your families, milestones, and love stories! I’m just giving myself permission to slow down and not fill every weekend and weeknight with sessions. I’ll be more intentional about the sessions I take on moving forward so I can give my best to both my clients and my family.
