Taken in early 90's in our home in Peralta, New Mexico.

This photo is of my Mom a couple of years before she passed. Was taken with a Minolta 700 for a B&W photography class. Got an A in the class. This captures my Mom perfectly. She hated this picture due to the wrinkles. I wouldn't have it any other way, the wrinkles are the map of her life.... ❤️❤️❤️☀️🦇♥️⚰️

This is one of my favorite shots because it highlights the "smoke" that gives the mountain their name and gives the illusion of never-ending beauty. The Smoky Mountains have always been a place where I go to find rest for my soul. There is a peace and solitude to be found if you know the places and times to visit to avoid the ever increasing crowds.

Echo Park

I?ve worked in the city of LA for over 26 years. I?ve seen the ugly side but also seen the beauty that is almost everywhere you look. From murals to architecture, nature and wild life, Los Angeles has it all. Sometimes I plan my locations and other times I shoot what I see just walking around. My goal is to show the world that LA is not what you see on TV. These pictures are to promote our studio in Montclair Ca. eclypse6studios and Ross School of Music.

This day I planned to shoot the park with downtown in the background. While shooting I ran across our little friend enjoying the day swimming by the lily pads. He actually stayed still for me to take this picture.

LA County Arboretum

It's interesting to find symmetry in nature, and this is a perfect example. I volunteer at the Arboretum so I get to visit nearly every week. I enjoy walking the grounds and discovering something new each time.
