Last night I scheduled a meetup for my League City Photography Meetup Group to take fireworks photos at McHale Park in Seabrook. A few folks made the meetup, and we set up and discussed settings we would use. I'm posting one photo of my many I took. Nice cool breeze and friendly talk, all in all a great time was had.

Had a wonderful time shooting at Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge the other day (Monday), a few more of Roseate Spoonbill, Tricolored heron and a Mississippi Kite. The Kite gave me plenty of time to shoot a few with my Canon R6 mkii / f4 500mm (no ext.) and then I added my 2x and shot some making focal length 1,000mm. Sharp? I was very satisfied using it. You tell me.

Well had to stop, needed a break from all this driving, getting a chicken sandwich at Wendy’s. Going to sit down and eat here, not in car! My body says “take a break”.
