Wanted to comment on a post about Robin Williams.
He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and also had recent open heart surgery at the time of his death. Both of these are accompanied by depression-
heart surgery up to 60% of patients.
PD- (due to the decrease of dopamine and dealing with the ever increasing symptoms)
Over 50% are treated and many go undiagnosed.
Just throwing this out there for anyone who may be dealing with depression and not realize what the underlying cause is.
To those people-
It’s OK to admit “I am depressed!”
Please seek guidance and treatment.❤️‍🩹

Gregory N. Strouse Sr. passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024. After a long and courageous battle with Parkinsons Disease, he died peacefully with his wife of 29 years, Joy Beauchamp Strouse, by his side. We are thankful that most of his children and grandchildren could spend time with him

My husband Gregory N Strouse passed away on Sunday February 18th.
After a long battle with Parkinsons Disease and other medical issues, His final moments were peaceful and I was by his side with The Drifter’s urging him to go “Up On The Roof”🩵
There will be a visitation on 3/10 3-7 and Service 3/11 at 11:00am.
