3 ideas for what to wear for your snowy senior sessions! 🧣

1️⃣ Layer with Intention

Sweaters, fitted coats, scarves, and flannels add **texture and depth** on camera.
Think *cute + cozy*, not bulky.

✔️ Knit sweaters
✔️ Structured jackets
✔️ Simple scarves
✔️ Fitted Flannels

2️⃣ Choose Winter-Friendly Colors

Neutrals and deep tones photograph beautifully in winter light but adding color to an already grey and white color pallet can do wonders if you’re up for it! (I always am! )If you prefer neutrals, try adding in a little extra color with your accessories to make the images pop!

**Best neutral colors:**
Cream, tan, gray, navy, forest green, burgundy.
**Skip:** neon, super bright patterns, big logos

3️⃣ Wear Boots You Feel Confident In

Boots ground your outfit and keep you warm — win-win.

✔️ Ankle or knee-high boots
✔️ Clean, neutral sneakers for casual looks
✔️ Avoid slick soles or worn shoes

✨ **Pro Tip:** Bring a warm coat to wear in between shots so your outfits stay polished (and you stay warm). Also, don’t forget a photogenic umbrella to protect that hair. Bad hair will ruin your pics 🥶 Ask your photographer if they allow quick breaks to warm up in between shots?
