Tagging Permitted ~ Do not copy ~ Do not alter ~ Do not print ~ Do not download ~~~ Virtual Image Terms & Conditions All images are copyrighted, and are perpetual property of April Hyde - Hyde Photography 1. Altering images in any manner is not permitted. This includes cropping, re-editing, and/or removing photographer's watermark. 2. Image "proofs" will be uploaded to photographer's personal album, viewable only to the client and those designated by client, for the sole purpose of choosing poses to fulfill previously agreed upon package. 3. Proofs will be viewable for one month only. 4. Tagging of proofs is not permitted and will be removed if present. 5. Final images of photographer's choice (whether chosen for package or not) will be uploaded to Facebook with the photographer's watermark, and may be used for promotional purposes at the discretion of the photographer. 6. Once final images are uploaded to Facebook, the client will be tagged and is then permitted to tag others, whether pictured in the image or not. Final images may also be used as online profile images, on any site, as long as the photographer's watermark is not cropped out of image. 7. Uploading any image without photographer's watermark to the internet at any time is not permitted. *Copying, photographing, or any other form of reproduction of images is in direct violation of copyright laws unless given express written permission, and could result in legal proceedings.
