Hyde Photography Terms & Conditions:
1. Images will be uploaded privately to my personal page to allow client to choose which images are to be in selected packages.
2. Select final images will be uploaded to Facebook with the photographer's logo, and may be used for promotional purposes elsewhere on the internet at the discretion of the photographer.
3. Once images are uploaded to Facebook, the client will be tagged and is then permitted to tag others, whether pictured in the image or not.
4. Do not upload any image without the photographer's logo to the internet at any time.
5. You are permitted to crop the images without a logo for the sole purpose of having them printed.
6. Payment by client will be made in two installments. The first half of the charged fee will be paid before the event and the second half the day of the event.
7. Reproducing (whether copying, photographing, or printing), altering photos in any manner, and/or uploading to the internet without photographer's logo without the express written permission is an infringement of copy right laws.
