To all who are interested in healthy eating, Med instead of Meds is a workshop series on Exploring the Mediterranean way of eating and food preparation. This will be held at the Parker Public Library every Wednesday, starting May 6 to June 10, from 11 AM - 1 PM. This is free of charge and open to everyone interested. We will need you to pre-register to help us estimate the materials needed for the class. April 18th 4pm to 9pm at the Chemehuevi & Navajo Rooms at the Bluewater Resort & Casino in Parker, Arizona on the Colorado River Indian Reservation. ALL are welcome! An evening of music. If you want to perform let us know we are still open for musicians. We will have a potluck at 6pm if you wish to donate food.
