It’s no secret that one of the biggest compliments a photographer can receive is another photographer trusting you with their family memories. 🥹

But can we talk about the fact that this session is what she asked her husband for as her birthday gift?! 😭 Like… COMPLIMENT. OF. THE. YEAR.

Also, I’d like to formally file a complaint because this woman somehow gets the most PERFECT weather every single time she books with me. Golden hour? Check. Gorgeous skies? Check. Meanwhile Missouri has been auditioning for the role of Seattle for the last billion days. 🫠😂

Needless to say, I adored every second of this session 🫶

This session is exactly what my photog heart needed 🥹

After what feels like endless rain, the sun FINALLY came back out to play for the evening. Momma trusted me with full creative freedom, so naturally I leaned all the way into the dreamy little cottage core vibe I’ve been dying to try 🌾☀️

And let me tell you… this session had it ALL. The beautiful posed moments, the sweetest loving candids, golden light, wildflowers, and so much genuine joy and happiness 🥰

My mini bff has officially graduated and I am absolutely NOT okay 😭🎓

I swear it was just yesterday I was taking her newborn photos… and now here she is, cap and gown and all 🥺 Time seriously needs to slow down. Watching my littlest clients grow up is one of the sweetest (and most emotional 😅) parts of this job.

Some weddings are big, excessive, and a bit ridiculous… and then there are some simply intentional in all the best ways 🥹✨

Last night was one of those weddings that just felt different. Every detail, every moment, every person there served a purpose... intimate, meaningful, and so very them. Honestly, I can only hope more couples choose this route 🫶

Now… the weather? 😅 She kept us on our toes ALL day long. The radar had us stressing, but somehow we managed to sneak around the property and capture some absolutely breathtaking moments without the sky deciding to fully let loose 🌧️👏

And knowing Cheyenne, every single detail and every vendor was chosen with so much intention, which makes being trusted to capture it all feel that much more special 🥹

So incredibly honored to have documented such a beautiful day for these two. 🤍

I’ve been looking forward to this day ever since Sage & Jesse booked me for their wedding… and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint 🥹

This was hands down one of the most ideal wedding days I’ve ever had the honor of capturing. The weather gave us the dreamiest overcast skies all day long (which every photographer knows is basically a gift from above during midday photos 😅☁️).

And then… the sunset.

Sage specifically requested golden hour portraits in her timeline, and honestly, with how overcast the entire day had been, I was so nervous we wouldn’t get them. But somehow, at the PERFECT time, the sun broke through just enough to give us the most beautiful golden light and the vibrant sunset portraits she had dreamed of all along 😭✨

I genuinely found myself speechless multiple times throughout the day. Every detail was stunning. Every vendor was incredible. The decor was flawless. The family, wedding party, and guests were all absolutely amazing. The love was so evident in every single moment.

Everything about this day was simply perfect 🤍

Momma told me not to send her too many in the soft-proofing because she has a hard time narrowing them down… so naturally she’s ONLY getting 128 😉
