For the last month I’ve been choosing not to post because I’m working through some emotions and I don’t want to speak or act from a place of vindication. I’m trying to avoid behaviors and attitudes that don’t align with the peace, love, and self control God calls me to live by. Until those feelings have settled, I’m choosing to stay quiet, keep growing, and keep my focus on God. When I return, I want it to be with a clear mind, a peaceful heart, and the right spirit.

I’ve come a long way with my self , my faith, and my personal growth. That doesn’t mean I’m perfect. I’m still human.

Cover up from yesterday and some shading on some healed lines on a sleeve I’m working on.

This post is me checking in to check out. Besides stories, I won’t be postings on my timeline for the entire month. I need to take some time to process, regroup and mainly just get centered back in. Plus I just owe all the attention to helping my Wife get her yoga studio up and moving as she is open now.

I’m opening my books to bigger projects but for the most part new booking is still closed. I encourage you to book with Justin, Jaylee or Sam so you can come hang with me at the shop and I can fill your ear up with what’s going on in my world.

This lovely lady is still offering free classes for her soft opening! Other than this past week with these crazy weather threats, so far the turn out has been great for her to see how she wants to operate and run things smoothly.

Today and tomorrow are the last days for free classes! We’re still working out how she wants to do online booking so for these you can just show up!

Her schedule today:
Sun Salutation flow: 11:30am
De-stress gentle flow: 1:30pm
Upbeat and Unwind: 3:30pm
Relax and Restore: 5:30pm

Tomorrow her schedule is:
Sun Salutation flow: 10:30am
De-stress gentle flow: 12:30pm
Upbeat and Unwind: 1:30pm

All of these classes are beginner friendly! She has mats, blocks and everything you need to join in!
