I probably wouldn't have known it was Mother's Day in Panama if it weren't for my lovely Panamanian family! Happy Mother's Day to Daisy, and her daughter Tiffany! So thankful to be able to know (and photograph!) such a strong bunch of women. And thank goodness those two littles are ladies, because the sparkle is strong with these two matriarchs!! 💕

It's definitely fall here on the Emerald Coast! I'm loving this crisp weather while I edit (windows are finally open!) and am so grateful to be seeing all my lovely locals for their holiday photos. 💛 It's so hard to believe how fast those babies grow up, y'all!

This very tall grandpa is 10x better at launching his grandson into basically the stratosphere than I am at updating my page this year! It's been a wild season, again, and I'm so thankful! Still on the coast (and DC!), with a few weeks left of busy season. Fingers crossed on the hurricane, but we're prepared here, and we will work around it! ♡

Thinking maybe I might do something I have avoided for years and link my instagram posts to my fb… because this page is majorly neglected when I’m super busy (which is like 6 months out of the year haha). Heck, even instagram gets neglected… ha. But surely I’ll procrastinate that, too, haha. Until then, here is a seeet portrait of a bud whose best smiles were when he wasn’t actually alone, but was wrapped up in Mom’s arms. 💕

Hey y'all, not only is it peak season for us photographers, it's also peak season for both nesting mama turtles AND peak for hatchlings! Please fill in all holes you dig or see on the beaches, once the sun goes down, turn off ALL lights visible to the beach, and bring in all of your beach gear off of the sand every day! Thank you for helping with one of the most amazing things that happens on our beautiful beaches!

Oh, okay girl. ✊…certainly earned by this nest!! 🤩 This is a classic green nest with an elongated body pit, throwing sand for miles (okay, not miles) BUT 10+ feet easily!! 👏 Her and her friends helped bring our nest numbers 🆙 this week…

We have officially passed our nesting numbers from last season and are on pace for our average season nest numbers!! Woooo!!🏆

As mentioned yesterday, we are now at the peak of our season with both nesting mommas and hatchlings emerging. Let’s keep our beaches so our mommas and their babies can do their things safely and successfully!!
