I’m pretty new to astrophotography, but I couldn’t pass up the chance to get out during last nights meteor shower.

I spent the night out on Shell Island staring at the sky and came home with these. Definitely have a lot to learn, but I’m pretty happy with how they turned out for one of my first attempts! 🌌☄️

Tarpon season is here… but today, a green sea turtle decided to steal part of the spotlight. 🐢

From above, I spotted a large school of tarpon moving through the emerald water with a green sea turtle swimming nearby. It’s not every day you get to see two iconic Florida species sharing the same frame.
