NEW DEPOSIT POLICY ‼️
(Effective starting 2/1/26)
Deposits must be paid within 3 days of your invoice being sent. If payment is not received within that time, the invoice will be canceled and a $25 rebooking fee will be added to any new invoice. If you are requesting a quote, those can be sent just like invoices can.
I’ve noticed an increase in inquiries where invoices are sent but deposits are not paid until much closer to the session date. In order to provide great customer service, I have been holding dates without payment, which I will no longer be doing. Holding unpaid dates impacts availability, scheduling, and overall business operations.
I want to be respectful of everyone’s time, including my own, and I will not be chasing payments for services that were requested.
Your deposit officially secures your date and allows me to plan accordingly as a single, full-time working mom, while ensuring fairness and availability for all clients.
