📍 22 West Estates — A New Sign, A Stronger Community

There’s a new landmark standing proudly near the Callaway Recreation Center… and it’s more than just neighborhood signage.
It’s a symbol of what happens when a community rolls up its sleeves and builds something together.

The new 22 West Estates entrance sign didn’t just appear overnight.
It was shaped, lifted, leveled, painted, and perfected by the hard-working volunteers who call this neighborhood home. Neighbors who showed up early, stayed late, and turned a simple idea into a welcoming statement for everyone who drives in.

At the edge of the Oahe Downstream Recreation Area, surrounded by floating ice and solitude, I parked where land gives way to water—and just listened.

Thank you Equity Lifestyle Properties for this beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunset at the Sunset Point Tiki on Thousand Trails Encore Fiesta Key in the Florida Keys. This campground tiki hut and sailboat added the perfect organic environment touch to our visit 🌅 ⛵️⚓️🦩🛖
