My last post was a little over a year ago.. 🫣 I'm awful at posting consistently apparently. I've had views on my page over that time and I just wanna give a little "about me" in case anyone didn't know!
Graduated High School in 2011, really dove deep into photo class my Senior year. Decided that's what I wanted to go to school for. Went to APSU and got my BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) with a concentration in photography. (Really enjoyed printmaking, collage, and learned my fair share of graphic design; was not very good at ceramics)
Over the years I did side work at the studio I interned at while in college and had a full time job.
I had my first son, became a SAHM. I still did occasional jobs with the same studio. Senior formal, cap and gown and casual portraits for schools, sports, events, etc.
Married my best friend, had my second son and life was very busy so we just rolled with the punches!
These last few years I went back and worked with the same studio doing Sports team/individual, formal/cap & gown photos at a couple surrounding counties.
That's just the cliff notes about me and my background. If I have the time (or even if I don't) I love to let my creativity shine!
I may not post a lot because honestly most of my photos are of my boys but as they get older I've had more time to get back to "my roots" and focus on nature and other things that I once enjoyed photographing!
