Growing up with a father that is an Independent film maker made it easy for me to explore the world of photography. Whether it was creating digital imagery or creating traditional, dark-room, prints. My passion became a career as I began to constantly surround myself with image making. I became enthralled in creating a world where memories could not only be remembered, but kept for a lifetime and
through future generations to come. It can be difficult keeping up with the modern world, but one thing still remains, photographs (whether digital or physical) keep our memories alive. They are a keepsake of the journey of our life. My technical training was completed at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from the California State University, Fullerton. Being able to hold a degree in my field is a rare thing! I have been able to balance the concepts of theory, practical, and artistic traits through my personal experiences and education. Having both technical and creative training I have been able to grow and expand my abilities as an artist. I take every photo with meaning and purpose. I take a contemporary standpoint on my work and I believe in capturing the moments as they happen, in real time. Allowing us to relive the moments and memories that were shared in a single moment.
