What’s Maine Maple Sunday without a little snow? 🍁❄️ We visited our favorite local sugarhouse this morning - Raider's Sugarhouse! Doug & Gail produce the finest maple syrup you’ll find. Not shown was the incredible maple donuts and ice cream topped with syrup…those did not last long enough to video. Happy Maine Maple Sunday!

MTB 2025 Recap 📸💫
What an incredible year of growth, learning, and creating! My first full year of operation - how crazy is that?!

No other job has ever given me so much happiness and fulfillment. Most days it’s hard to call this a “job”… When you work alongside passionate, dedicated, like-minded people, the world is limitless! Kindness matters. Support matters. Believing in good things matters.

2025 was a year of new clients, new projects, and new goals. In January, I joined Marissa Elise Photography in a mentorship program to assist in refining and streamlining my business intentions. What an amazing experience! Marissa offered thoughtful guidance in defining my goals for the year. Spoiler alert: I met each and every goal we set for 2025! 🎉

As the year progressed, I took on more social media management clients, developed and launched small business websites, assisted in e-commerce website buildouts, photographed and delivered around 5k brand and product images, the list goes on…

I am so excited to see all the places, people, and projects 2026 has in store for MTB. Nothing but gratitude and love for all the people in my life who have supported me in this journey. Your daily encouragement, emails, testimonials, and kind messages mean more to me than I could ever put into words. ❤️

Website Launch: Crown O’Maine Distribution 🍓
Introducing the new website and online ordering platform for Crown O’Maine Distribution Company! It has truly been a pleasure working alongside Marada and her team at COM.

Almost a year into joining this projected (as well as a handful of other marketing efforts), I have realized how full circle my work has become. I dove back into ERP systems, inventory management, and e-commerce - all skills I learned at MMA. It has been great to combine these with creative elements within the site. My role as a small business owner, photographer, videographer, social media manager, and web designer is backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business & Logistics from Maine Maritime Academy ⚓️

I know, I know…”A maritime school? For business? How does that apply to MTB?” This may come as a surprise to some, but everything I learned at MMA applies to my work today!

Supply chain management, ERP system administration, web ordering and fulfillment, proven marketing tactics to broaden customer awareness, the list goes on… All skills I utilize to help my client’s develop the best business strategies for their brand and products.

I believe we take a little something with us from every lived experience, life lesson, or skill learned. My clients continue to teach me something new every day. That’s the beauty of building relationships and working together - great things are created! 💫

This project was a full circle moment. Sarah has been a mentor and friend of mine for several years. Her care and compassion lead me through tough post-grad career moves. Learning & growing through my roots…🎶🎹
Some may not know this about me, but I learned to play piano at 7 years old. Life has taken me on different paths, but somehow I always come back to the piano. When you are lucky enough to have an inspiring, supportive, and kind teacher, it makes adjusting back to the rythms of music (and life) much more enjoyable.

I was honored when Sarah () asked if I would help gear up her socials and promote her business. After a couple brainstorming sessions, we took stunning photos of her studio space, piano, and (spoiler alert) videos of her playing incredible pieces! I love working with people who are passionate about what they do. It truly shows in everything they put their mind to ❤️

MTB turns ONE! ❤️🎉📸
Let me re-introduce myself…Hi! I’m Olivia, the photographer, social media manager, and owner behind Meant To Be Photography & Media.

One year ago I dove head first into building a marketing management company for small businesses in the food, farm, and agricultural industries. What once was a side gig, has turned into a full-time business supporting a number of incredible products and services across the state of Maine.

From building brand websites, to photographing products, assisting with E-commerce site implementations, capturing business operations on video, creating engaging content, and so much more. MTB illustrates the stories of passionate Mainers who have devoted their lives to their product, service, and business.

It has truly been a pleasure working (and learning!) from such inspiring business owners. MTB has taught me so much in a short amount of time, brought me so much joy, and has filled me with gratitude every single day.
