Sorting through some old photos trying to clear out clutter. Here are a few cool ones from Snowshoe. 🤘
I F’d up at Washougal and realized ALL my SSDs were full. Photographer nightmare. 🤣 I ended up deleting about 3 races worth of photos… roughly 30,000 shots.
At the time I thought there was nothing I’d miss. Turns out 2–3 of my favorite shots of the YEAR were in there. 😭🤣
I’ve always kept every photo from every race I’ve shot, just in case. But hard drives that used to cost me $350 are now over $1,000. Thanks AI data centers. 🙄
So I’m done storing everything forever. 😂 Going forward, I’ll keep my favorites, but most race photos will get deleted after a month or two.
Moral of the story: if you find photos you want, don’t wait 6 months to buy them. They might not be there anymore. 🤣
