We had the absolute most GORGEOUS evening (except for the cottonwood flying around, that just destroyed me with allergies) for this session! I had the best time meeting this family, especially smiley Mr. C, livin' his best 11-month-old life!

Question for all you parents: do you remember when your babies first touched grass with their little baby toes? I had definite flashbacks to my own kids when we tried to get C to demonstrate his standing skills... on grass. 😆 Check out the little bonus image I had to include. 🥰

Wow, I'm not sure how it happened, but May has just FLOWN by! The last month of school is no joke, with all the concerts, tournaments, and school events. And in between it all, I have been so lucky to photograph special moments in your lives!

I have been looking forward to seeing Ms. G all grown into a big sister since her mom contacted me a few months ago for the new baby's newborn session! I loved seeing her big smile, and meeting little Miss P. I know these girls are going to be the best of friends!

At Christmastime, I got to photograph mom and dad revealing their pregnancy to the girls, and they were SO excited! It was such fun to be a part of it! And this past weekend, I was honored to continue this "baby story" with family/maternity photos ahead of the new baby's arrival. I can't wait to meet him this summer!

Love, love, love repeat families and seeing my little newborns promoted to big siblings! Mr. D was an absolute joy to photograph, but I think he would have been just as happy to have me sit on the floor and play with him for the entire session. His little sister C was adorable and sweet and she even gave me a SMILE! Check out the cutest photobomber in one of the bedroom shots, too. And one last little fun bit: dad brought his helmet home from work for an extra special little setup!

All in all, this session was a blast, and editing these photos has been one delightful surprise after another.

It brings me so much joy to see my prior newborn clients as big siblings! Mr. E was such a big fan of his new sister, it just melted my heart! And Ms. M was the sweetest, most patient baby. It was wonderful to see this family for their third session with me, and I hope to watch these kiddos grow for years to come.

It's never too late to celebrate the newest member of your family! This sweet little lady arrived several weeks ahead of schedule, and after things settled down, she was nearly three months old for her session. And she could not have been more perfect! 😍 I enjoyed every second of snuggling with her, and giving scritches to her adorable one-eyed pup.

I'm SO excited to announce Wedding Dress Minis! 👰‍♀️ I so wish I'd done these with my daughter every single year starting when she was teeny tiny, but I didn't get around to pulling my dress out of storage until she was almost 8! 🥹 I just absolutely love these photos though, and sweet M looks adorable in both her mom's and her grandma's dresses, too. Don't leave your dress in the attic for all of eternity. Pull it out and let your daughter take some beautiful keepsake photos.
