John Fecteau Photography Official Photo Page My love of the natural world began as a child in a small New England town. Air Force in 1979, in the hope of traveling the world.

I spent much of my childhood exploring the woods, brooks and marshes near my home, in search of the critters that lived there. As time went by, my wanderlust grew and I decided to join the U.S. In 1981, while stationed overseas, I bought my first 35mm camera. Little did I know it would spark a lifelong obsession with capturing the world as I see it, one frame at a time. Since then I have been ed

ucated both formally and informally as a nature photographer. My work has found it's way into magazines, book covers, on postcards and calendars, trade journals and more. My publishing credits include Montana Magazine, Montana Living, Montana Outdoors, National Parks Magazine, Montana Vacation Guides etc., etc.. I am currently represented by AFLO Photo, Tokyo, Japan.
