“What do you love most about life right now?”

If you’ve ever met he’s probably asked you that question.

Over the past few months I’ve had the chance to get to know Stunna, and be a part of his team and what he’s building.

He’s someone who sees the positive in every situation and constantly elevates the people around him.

More than anything I’m grateful for the friendship 🙏🏽🔥⚡️

Work hard. Play hard. 🌊

The ocean’s been flat for weeks, and I’ve been grinding — long days, lots of work.
So paddling out at The Hook this morning felt like coming home.

The moment you push through the last bit of whitewater and the horizon opens up… something in you resets. The salt, the rhythm, the quiet between sets. It’s like the ocean reminding you that you’re part of something older and bigger than whatever’s been on your to-do list.

I love this spot.

Grateful for the work.
Grateful for the play.
Grateful for the ocean.

Some days the story isn’t just what happens on camera, it’s the people behind it.

Yesterday was Christina’s last day with the crew.

Wishing Christina the very best in whatever adventure comes next. And a shout out to this crew for creating such a great space to work and tell stories.

I’ve always had a complicated relationship with my hair.

Growing up mixed and adopted by white parents, it was a journey I’ve had to navigate on my own that’s taken decades. But over the last few years, I’ve started reclaiming that story.

These braids feel like more than a style.
They feel like a connection of my African and indigenous ancestors.

They feel like me.

Sometimes the strongest roots take time to grow.
But when they finally do, they hold you exactly where you belong.

Thank you 🙏🏽

Standing in sacred space
where the four elements converged
and the seven directions aligned.
A moment where light and shadow coexisted.

Earth beneath my feet.
Ocean breathing below.
Wind carrying salt and silence.
Fire glowing in the shadowed moon.

A reminder:
cycles bring balance.
Darkness is part of it,
not the end of it.

We are made of stardust.
We carry star medicine.
And we are all worthy of the divine right
of love, harmony, wisdom, and joy.

Fast times.
Emotional finishes.
And a pool record.

With ACCs behind them, this was the final shot to punch a ticket to NCAAs or improve a seed time. For some on both the men’s and women’s side, this was the most important meet of the season.
