Hi! I’m still here!

Clinton Senior 2027 🎓

So thankful he and his mom made the drive from Clinton so I could capture his senior photos! He is such an amazing, polite, and handsome young man. It was truly a pleasure getting to meet them and capture this exciting season of life.

Checking in on all the fur babies today 🐾

How are your dogs doing after last night? Ours are finally relaxing now that the fireworks are over… and they are very happy it’s July 5th 😅

Mine do not handle the booming and popping very well, today they are napping and acting like nothing ever happened.

Hope everyone’s pups are back to their normal selves today. Drop a picture of your fur babies if you want, I’d love to see them. 🤎

When I am asked how I decide how many photos to deliver from a session; my honest answer is - I don’t decide it ahead of time.

I don’t shoot with a limit in mind, and I don’t edit with a cutoff number. I just go through everything we created and pull the images that feel worth keeping forever.

Every session is different. Some are full of nonstop magic, some are softer and quieter, and the galleries reflect that.

What matters to me isn’t a number at the end, it’s that when you open your gallery, it feels like your story was told fully and honestly.

So there isn’t a “set amount.” There’s just everything that matters from that day. And if there’s extra in there? That’s just me over-delivering because I can’t help myself. 🤎

The Railsbacks, our neighbors in Nebraska. We miss our little neighborhood so much. I’m incredibly humbled that this family has trusted me to photograph them for the last 6 years. They’ve supported me and my little dream from the very beginning, and it means more than I can put into words. Watching their family grow and getting to capture these memories year after year is such a gift.

This was my second time photographing this family in Nebraska. Since then they’ve added a sweet little boy to the family and said goodbye to a beloved fur baby.

During the session, they brought out their dog’s paw print along with the photo I took of her at our last session. I wish I would’ve thought to take a picture of it because it was such a meaningful moment for me. It was a reminder that these photos become so much more valuable as the years go by.

I just adore this family. They’re so laid back, connect so effortlessly, and make my job easy. Seeing them again after three years and getting to document this season of their lives was such a gift.
