I'm a huge lover of mid-century modern culture, and I was thrilled to soak in the brilliant jet set JFK Airport terminal originally designed in 1962 by Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen. It was closed for many years and renovated to it's original red and white curved glory. These photos aren't all in order - they're to be perceived as a abstract story.

Greetings! It's been a while since I've posted here, however I'm still busy with my camera. I may play catch-up on this page by going from latest photos to my earlier ones to fill in the gap. I hope you're staying safe and as well as can be!

These series was taken the last weekend of February, 2021. I'm typing this on March 1st and it feels really good to type "March!"

Yes, there are more photos than anyone needs to see if me with holding a parasol, but that flora! The grounds were absolutely exquisite and I'll be returning. Perhaps next time in a different time period dress. (This one is a velvet Regency gown replica purchased at a vintage store.)

I have more space in this basement now for setting up photos, in addition to having a painted white brick wall. It makes for some overhead projector transparency fun.

Happy belated Beltane! I live in a 120 year old converted barn filled with antiques. I have access to some beautiful furniture and props now - it's a photographers dream! These were taken in my back yard on May 1st. I just haul props out through the garage and presto: dreamland (on a very small scale!)

Spring greetings!
Much has happened in the last couple months. I moved to New York and have been enjoying the beautiful spring here by biking to the beach and taking lots of walks. I hope you're all well.
I'm tucked away safe and sound on the north shore of Long Island. Not taking band photos or portraits for obvious reasons, however, amped up my in-front-of-the-camera time with my not-a-professional boyfriend. Photography doesn't come naturally to him, but he's a great sport. I adjust the settings, frame the shot, take a photo of him, then we switch places! Happy to still be able to edit and fine tune photos as well and get out in nature. Will spruce up this page with some flower and springtime portraits very shortly. Stay well!

As much as I like arcade games, I like taking photos in arcades even more. I love bouncing lights around to create a sci-fi -like atmosphere.
