My love for photography began when my first child was born. From there, I began taking pictures for family and friends and it ended up growing into a business. It's always funny to me how bookings come in. Lately we have had a ton of family sessions, but will be moving into maternity and newborn soon and then seniors and more weddings. Things always seem to book by category. ☺

We had a big group for this family session. They were awesome and though it was a warm evening, fun was had while capturing memories.

You will never regret getting your family together and capturing special moments. The days are long, but the years go so fast. I loved working with the Smart family, and Granny kept me laughing with her sass throughout their session. Jackson was entertaining everyone, and I love the amount of smiles and snuggles we got from this sweet boy, along with the rest of this sweet family.

Couldn’t help sharing this “sweet” ring shot.

After a few years of being glued to a computer while my kids were off for summer break, I decided early this year that I am taking time each day to do fun things with them. That has held up preview posts a bit but I am still working away on galleries. I love my clients and I love my kids and both are getting quality from me this summer, just less on the social media side. Messages may not be replied to immediately, but I promise I will get back to you soon. I appreciate all of you and your patience while I enjoy my kids and take time to breathe and enjoy my work as well. I said back in Feb that I was cutting back this year and I meant it. We are almost completely booked for fall already. I am truly so thankful for my clients. You have all been so supportive. 🫶 Turnaround time for regular galleries has been running around 5-6 weeks as I get caught up from an insane April/May and spring/summer weddings are typically back around 12 weeks.

We lucked out and had the most beautiful evening after a couple of reschedules. I love working with couples that are so like-minded that we ended up standing on the side of the road until it was completely dark, talking. I am so excited to spend their wedding day with them and their families this fall. 🩷💍
