Leave room for saying yes. It’s been my motto lately. Because sometimes the best things happen from last minute texts.

I’m an introvert (INFJ clocking in!) and it’s comfortable to stay in my bubble. But I’ve been learning to leave room for more yes-es and it’s been the best decisions for my heart.

I don’t generally like to feel like I’m “promoting” any particular pageant system - I have been fortunate to both judge and photograph girls from so many! But every time I surround myself with this group of women, I feel inspired and lifted up and just so full of love. So if you’re looking for your people, and girlhood fuels your soul, definitely look into Iconic Beauty Pageant .

So grateful to Bryiana Dyrdek Dorka Jones Damaris Hamilton and Marissa Castillo for always making me feel so welcome and loved 💗

“We want to thank everyone who accompanied us in the search for our beloved Skarlen and José. Sadly, both were found without life, one beside the other, together until the very end.”

Skarlent was a bright light in my studio as both a model and Miss Grand Orlando.

Our hearts are with her and Jose’s family, friends and the entire pageant community - and especially with those who are suffering from the tragedy in Venezuela.

I’m sharing here to help spread the GoFundMe set up by her family to help with funeral and expenses. I don’t feel like my words are adequate enough - I wish there was more I could do to help. I added the link to my bio if you feel inclined to help or share.
