Fall is in FULL swing over here!! I just needed a permanent spot for these because not only are they just so beautiful but these are two of our very best friends and we love them so so much!

To know them is to love them and quite literally ANYONE will tell you that! I truly thank the Lord every day for bringing them into our lives and it’s quite literally like the Lord made Taylor Schulteis and I to be each other’s bestie. LIKE LITERALLY. 🤩

I have over 40 families in the month of October, 6 weddings, 4 engagement sessions, a couples newborns, allllllll while running the greenhouse, getting closer in our home build. If you don’t see me on here it’s because it’s the busiest time of the year!

I love it & also praying for energy while I run this business AND take care of these cutie boys (Alex is truly incredible and I’m so thankful for the team he and I are) and pray for HIM because he’s running the house build & is getting ready to take over the finishings. Jesus take the wheel! 🤪🙏🏼 literally!

Because making money should be fun 🙌🏼🥰

We built this greenhouse two years ago and had absolutely no idea what a blessing it was going to be for our family!Like actually, it’s so crazy how much we have loved renting this 12 x 16 Greenhouse to other photographers! We have met so many new people and not only just photographers but their clients as well!

Financially, it has blessed our socks off 😭 We had to move out of our last house and having the Greenhouse and the income it provided closed the gap on us being able to build our dream house. 🙌🏼😍 I know that sounds crazy, but it’s true and we are forever grateful!

I have received so many direct messages of people who are building their greenhouses now too that are so excited to have something that they can put on their property to bring in income every month. That truly is the biggest blessing of all, I just got done reading through five different messages from people saying that this came at the exact time they needed it and that it will bless them so much! There’s just really nothing better!

2 years ago what we thought would be a “couple extra hundred dollars a month” turned into $4-6k a month and blessing our family more than we could imagine!

I share this all the time because I absolutely love making and income 1. From home 2. Creatively & 3. Meeting so many fun people along the way.

We’ve loved this little greenhouse & it’s time for our busiest time of the year! October-December are some of our busiest months with all the Holiday decorations! It’s so fun & we are excited about this busy season!

If you have been looking for something to make an income but just haven’t found the right thing, maybe this could be it! And if not, no biggy! Follow along if you love cozy fun things! 😊🍂🍁

This business has brought us so much joy and provided financially every single month in a way we will forever be so grateful for!

I took photos in our greenhouse for a few months when a few photographers started asking to rent it out for their clients. We thought that it could definitely help make a couple hundred dollars a month, when we were one month and we were making over $2k a month and now we make anywhere from $4-6k a month renting out our Greenhouse!

My husband and I put together a blueprint explaining our entire method, Greenhouse plans, marketing, software we use, and two hours of video teaching on how we do it all!

We needed to bridge the gap in our income to be able to build a brand new house so our kids could heal— ^^ this did just that for us and now we are sharing it with YOU!

We were living in a house that we found out was making our family sick (we found black mold that was quite literally wreaking havoc on our kids)

We both REALLY desired to build our house from the ground up so we could watch the process and make sure it was built correctly. My husband is the GC and we are over halfway done 🙌🏼🎊

However to be able to afford it we had to do something to close that gap. ENTER: our greenhouse! I was already taking photos inside of it & we thought “what if we rented it out to make a couple extra hundred dollars a month?!” Well we started posting in local pages and we didn’t make an extra couple hundred dollars a month we made $4-6k and it BLEW US AWAY!

We’ve been renting it out for 2 years now & a friend of mine told me I should create a business plan for other people to do it to & so we DID! And it’s been SOO fun!

First design walk through today with our designers The Hill Designed 🙌🏼

I quite literally have no idea where I would even start without them! I really think they can read my mind because they pretty much finish every thought I have. I cannot WAIT to show you colors, textures, tile choices etc as we go along. They also explained everything Alex said as well 😅

So thankful to work alongside them! Their Instagram was taken down recently & they are having to start FRESH so to give them a follow! If you love design you will absolutely love them! Also they are not only local so reach out to them if you are needing a designer!
