I had the opportunity to visit in Salina, KS this past Monday during an impromptu visit and not only got a guided tour of their huge finishing facility but got to see a fully galvanized main Cross structure of the OPCC Exterior Improvements project!!

(instead of flower petals, picture me pulling hundred dollar bills out of my pocket...;q)
Fergie has been a little reluctant to start the last few times we've been out but when I tried to take her to my local diesel mechanic for a check-up, she refused to go. (This surprised me a bit because she loves to be pampered at the "spa".)
After some phone trouble-shooting, we thought it was the starter so I scheduled a mobile mechanic and thankfully, it was just the batteries. They would still provide power but cranking amps were down to 5 when they should be 950. The batteries were one of the first items replaced after I took delivery nearly 5 years ago so I guess that's not too bad.
If you see Fergie out and about, ask to see her new batteries...she's pretty proud of them. 😎👍

I've been looking forward to sharing this post for so long...
Look at that field permit...just look at it! ;q)
Just a short 900 days and 1063 hrs. since my first meeting with Pastor Holbrook about the Overland Park Community Church Exterior Renovation - we have a permit!
Centric Special Projects is the GC and should complete the project construction sometime in late August 2021.

BIG NEWS!!
I've wanted to share info. about this project for a long time now but needed to wait until contracts finalized, financing in place and plan review package submitted to city but now I can finally share my most recent architectural project. Overland Park Community Church Exterior Renovation!
Pastor Jimmy Holbrook wanted to update the exterior façade to better reflect the church's current mission and vision and to attract more visitors. We began working on the process in late 2018.
I'll share more details as the project moves forward but I just wanted to share this quick post along with some images.
Pastor Jimmy has been a great client (and his Boss is an Awesome Boss) ;q)

Happy Friday Folks!
I hope everyone is healthy and well. If you're reading this post, you've almost made it through this crazy year...congrats!!
So...I just realized it's been almost 10 months since I've posted an update. As you know, the art festival scene in 2020 was basically cancelled so Fergie has been quite lonely. I've incorporated a few cosmetic and other misc. updates for her and hopefully we'll get some traveling and shows completed in Spring 2021!

Happy Saturday People!
Fergie is getting anxious to get out and play since the weather has been so nice recently. Here she is posing in front of a beautiful Kansas City sunset.
We also just submitted an application for what would be our biggest art festival to date! (They don't accept many artists and we won't know until June so it's a secret until then...😉🚐)
