I want to give some shouts out from today. Often we are quick to criticize companies for poor performance or communication. This past year has been a true test on me with this in various capacities. However, Lately I’ve been getting some sewer gas smells at the studio, I called American Trenchless from Kalida, OH. I spoke with Cassie who was very helpful and got me scheduled for a consultation, the guys showed up the next day. I got texts, and emails updating me on when they would be there every step of the way. The guys used their camera to scope my drains and found a small crack which I can likely fix myself, but it was discovered that that the main drain line was completely full and backed up to the top of the clean out. Next I called Roberts Sewer Service, they showed up within 20 minutes. We did some investigating and found the city clean out, as he started to pull the top off you could tell the eruption was near. He said, that this was the city’s problem and to call them. I called the village of Ottawa and spoke with Theresa. 20 mins later a crew showed up. They worked at spraying out and vacuuming out the sewer line for about an hour. We are talking about some Andy Dufresne type foulness. I was just so pleased with both companies and the Village of Ottawa, for their promptness and communication in helping to get this taken care of.
