Happy Derby Day! Yesterday I had one of those "I can't believe this I get to do this for a living" assignments. The Elder Service Program at had a festive Kentucky Derby party for their guests. I had a blast dancing with them to "Mustang Sally" and "Superstitious" It warmed heart to see how much joy can be generated from some fancy hats and groovy tunes.

On this Earth Day, I'm feeling especially grateful for the beauty that surrounds us here on Cape Cod — the golden dunes, quiet marshes, endless shoreline, and the soft light that makes every moment feel timeless.

As a photographer, I have the privilege of capturing memories in some of the most breathtaking places on earth, and none of it would be possible without the natural landscapes that make this corner of the world so special.

What a perfect spring day for this lovely couple. is a stylish and rustic venue so we would have been fine to stay indoors but Mother Nature delivered us a knock out sunshiny day so we were able to take some portraits out on the waterfront too!

My fingers went numb from the cold for this New Year’s Eve proposal but Charlie’s great lengths to make his moment sentimental warmed my heart! He suggested a pit stop to Ellis Landing Beach on their way to Chatham for the night. Meg has many fond memories there and was happy to visit despite the near-freezing temperatures! 🥶

It’s amazing how the adrenaline rush of an exciting surprise will make a couple down for anything! Through all the shivering and giggling, they accommodated my every request and we got some gorgeous photos out on the flats and at
