Sometimes it's impossible to limit the amount of cuteness, and giggles, and snuggles, and pure silliness, that you share. Steele had everyone chasing him, because there was zero amount of posing he cared for and I kind of love that - it was all one big game to him. This session looks so authentic, because it was.

Another baby due this month! Congrats, Crowley family. This couple was patient - we had some weather that went one way, then another, then back again. It resulted in all sorts of different lighting and moods. I am a photographer who likes to deliver a cohesively edited gallery, BUT if a big ol' rainbow 🌈 pops out, you edit according to make both subjects, human and nature-alike, shine (last photo in the bunch). Thanks for sticking through the wind and showers, you two.

Just popping in to say... newborn sessions can be both sweet and short, and you can still capture lovely itty bitty snuggles while they're tiny, without having a full newborn session. This was a hybrid session - newborn and mini. It was lovely and easy-going.

These were taken right around Mother's Day - perfectly apt for capturing a maternity session. And now, as we get closer to the end of June, this family is so close to meeting their new human! Congrats, Norum family.

Did anyone get to see the amazing performances Julie's Touch of Silver put on yesterday? I did! And if you did, you likely saw this amazing lady perform! My favorite number was Phantom of the Opera - the tumbling was incredible. They also honored Lydia, as a graduating senior, for her incredible commitment to dance.
Way to go, Lydia!

Year-round mini sessions! ✨ I'm doing it.

You can thank these beautiful people for being the confirmation in something I've been thinking of offering for a while now. So fun, easy, and bite-size. Don't get me wrong, I love a full session (they're my bread and butter), but sometimes you just want something simpler and that's perfectly okay. So, mini sessions will now be available year-round. 15 minutes, 5 images, and as always, the option to choose more.

True, I don't have senior sessions listed specifically on my "menu" anymore. With a more limited schedule, I've really been honing in on family sessions, my OG session, how it all started.
