Wrapping up a busy weekend of sessions with some of the sweetest grad minis! 🎓✨

This little kindergarten graduate got to celebrate in the cutest way, by heading down to their elementary school for photos. There was something so special about capturing this milestone right where their school journey began. Watching these little personalities shine while celebrating such a big accomplishment is always one of my favorite things.

One of my favorite photos of one of my favorite girls 🥹💛 I’ve been photographing her since she was still in the womb, and getting to watch these babies grow year after year is one of the most special parts of this job.🖤

There’s something so meaningful about legacy photography, documenting the same families through all the seasons of life, watching tiny newborns turn into big kids with personalities of their own, and capturing all the little changes in between. 🥹

This session felt like such a full circle moment for me 🥹🤍

Over 10 years ago, I photographed their wedding day… and now here we are capturing them as a family of SIX. Watching families grow through my lens will truly never stop feeling surreal to me ✨

And honestly? This session was the perfect representation of life with four kids, a bit chaotic, a little loud, very hot 😂… but also so full of love and parents just embracing the craziness together!! THAT is what makes family photos meaningful. 🥰 Not perfection. Just your real life and the people you love most 🤍

I know moms stress about family photos. The outfits, the schedules, wondering if the kids will cooperate, if it’s worth the effort… and I promise you, it is. 😜 Years from now your kids will not remember that it was the hottest day of Spring or that one of them insisted on crawling through the field 😅 They’ll see the way you loved them in this season of life.
