What a difference a cooler morning can make! It was wonderful to see the eagles out and looking well today, with a couple of curious crows nearby. I also spotted some ospreys and a blue heron around deer lake—perhaps they were simply hiding from the recent heat. Such a lovely way to start the day! 📸🦅

I took my little guy Timothy on a camera adventure tonight, and I’m convinced he’s my good-luck charm—whenever he comes along, we seem to find something special!

We spotted a beautiful juvenile bald eagle just outside Orwigsburg, followed by two ospreys—one between Orwigsburg and Deer Lake and another just outside Orwigsburg. We also had the pleasure of meeting Elyssa, one of the lovely followers here. She was so kind, and it was wonderful to meet her!

On our way home, the evening gave us one last surprise: a great blue heron surrounded by Canada geese.

Timothy had so much fun, and as his daddy, I had an absolute blast sharing this beautiful evening with him. These are the memories I’ll always treasure. ❤️📷

While I had the dogs out this morning, I spotted what I thought were two eagles through my binoculars. I drove down for a closer look and discovered they were actually two beautiful ospreys! I had an amazing time watching and photographing their movements between Orwigsburg and Deer Lake. What a wonderful way to start the day! 📸

Found this little guy soaking up the warm weather today. 🐢☀️

The way he’s leaning on his own little hand makes him look more like a tiny lizard posing for a photo than a turtle. 😂 Just completely relaxed, enjoying the sunshine and not a care in the world.

Nature always gives you something interesting to photograph. 📸❤️
