The wedding has felt real, but it just hadn’t clicked. I opened this and immediately BAWLED idk what it was but seeing those sample shots made it real and I’m so, so happy to get those of Dylan and I that we’re going to be the bride and groom in these photos. Now 31 days from the big day, and looking at your work just makes me so happy and excited to have you capture all our favorite moments together!

Breaking up my wedding feed to introduce our new addition: Piper!

Highly suggest surprising your kids with a puppy.
Also suggest bringing that puppy home on your 11 year anniversary.
Don’t suggest your son waking up with Hand, foot and mouth on the same day all those plans are supposed to take place.
But that’s life! So we rolled with it and we are soaking up all the puppy snuggles and super excited for this new family member!

Big shoutout and thank you to the staff and volunteers at for rescuing this baby and her sisters and to Nicks aunt for finding her and connecting us with her.

Pipers two sisters are still looking for a home if you want to add a sweet girl to your family as well!

Morgan & Brian’s gallery just went out! 🎉

While editing, I kept finding new favorites — the kind of images that make you stop and smile because they feel so real. These two have such an easy, laid-back way about them, and that’s exactly what allowed their photos to shine.

When couples are present and simply enjoy being together, that’s when the magic happens — the laughter, the soft in-between moments, the unposed connection. It’s never about perfect posing; it’s about feeling at ease and letting the day unfold naturally.

I’ll have to share more soon (especially those gorgeous horizontal shots!), but for now, I’m just so grateful for couples like these who trust me to capture their day as it felt.

This year I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with film at weddings — just for me, but a little perk for my couples too.

For Rose & Matt’s day, I even played around with flash on my film camera (not just the disposables!) and I’m loving the results. There’s something so nostalgic and honest about film — the soft tones, the unpredictability, the way it captures the energy of a moment exactly as it felt.

It’s been such a beautiful way to wrap up the 2025 wedding season, and it has me even more excited for what’s ahead in 2026. Here’s to more art, more love, and more intentional moments next year.

These two were just naturals — even though they would tell you otherwise.
We wandered around my property, chatting about wedding plans and life, and within minutes they were laughing and completely themselves. It never takes long before that nervous “what do we do with our hands” feeling disappears and turns into genuine connection — and that’s always my favorite part of a session.

Rose & Matt will be married next week (!!) but before the big day, I just have to share their engagement session at Loch Raven Reservoir.

We met early one morning, wandering down through sun-kissed woods until the trees opened up to the water. Along the way we chatted about wedding plans, life, and all the little things in between.

These two have such a gentle, sweet way about them—and the way they light each other up is just the best. I can already tell next week is going to be such a good one
