How lucky we are to have something so special that makes saying goodbye so hard.

Sweet Darling had the most amazing family and she gave them the best gift in being the remarkable pony she was for their daughter as she grew. Our thoughts are with them today as they said goodbye. I hope these photos are able to provide some wonderful memories for them.

Will was one of the best ponies we know. As you can tell from these photos, a huge personality. And also a deep connection with his human. Saying goodbye is, without a doubt, the hardest part of loving an animal. He left some of the most amazing memories and I hope we were able to capture some special moments for his mom to cherish.

We love to capture memories but it’s so sad to know we are capturing the final moments for some. Chief was not just any horse. He was a therapy horse at our local therapeutic riding center. Chief spent 19 years helping people in a variety of ways. He taught new volunteers how to lead or saddle a horse. He taught riders confidence as they learned how to use their reins or how to trot. He gave so many kids their first very first ride. He taught staff members how to give him lots of cookies 😉 Chief was a staple at the barn. He was actually already an older gentleman when he arrived and it was guessed he may have been between 35-40 years old. His cute little fluffy ears and familiar head out his window will be sorely missed by all those that knew him. To know him, was to love him and his friends will be in our thoughts during this difficult time.

Anyone that knows me knows how much I love these squishy faces. This one is extra special. She is related to my sweet Peyton. It was an absolute honor to work with her family tonight to help get some wonderful memories with their girl. I enjoyed some Boxer kisses….and thats something I’ve sure missed.

I’m so sorry we’ve not been very good about posting! The days get so busy and the weekends are even busier!! We are still doing some hand selected shoots here and there but we are in a holding pattern for any editing and delivery of photos while we wait for our new computer to arrive. This upgrade has been a long time coming and we held of as long as we could, but the time came and now we are just waiting through supply shortages and delivery times. Thank you so much to all those that have had photos done and are willing to wait, we appreciate your support and patience.

In the mean time, I just wanted to take a moment to share these handsome boys. The very best of friends ❤️

Another lovely evening in the books. We enjoyed our time with this wonderful family in their new home.

As we close up our books for the year, we would like to take a moment and thank each and every one of you for another wonderful year. Thank you for trusting us to capture your memories. We wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Stay safe this holiday season and we look forward to seeing you all in 2022.
