Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I've posted and I figured...as hard as this is...it's time to make this post.

I've decided to step back from photography for awhile...at least in a business sense. The last 3 years have been hard and I've found that I've kind of lost my passion which is something that I never wanted to happen.

I'm not saying I'll never be back, because I hope that I will! But for now, it's what I think is best for my family and I.

Please don't unfollow my page! I'll still be posting hobby photos, as I plan to continue taking photos of my sweet girl and other things that I find fun and interesting ❤️ Heck, I might even throw out a free session once in awhile if I start to miss it too badly!

To those who have supported my passion for all of these years (I started taking photos 20ish years ago if you can believe it!) I appreciate you more than you understand. Thank you SO much!!

I won't say goodbye, but I will say....until we meet again 💕💖❤️

I could feel the love radiating in this family the entire time I photographed them ❤ One of the kindest and most giving families I've ever met and just really so, so sweet. I can't say enough good things about them!

I absolutely LOVE catching moments in between the "look at the camera and smile" pictures. I feel like this captures personalities, it captures love, it captures when the littles get a case of the "sillies". So from time to time, I prefer to share these moments ❤

I absolutely adore this family and I LOVED every moment photographing them...even though it was SO COLD this day!! They were champs!

I think I'm officially caught up...for now haha

Sessions all delivered and school retakes on their way soon!

Now it's time to take some Christmas pics!! If you would like to schedule a session, let me know!
I won't have a specific set-up this year, but I do have several backdrops from passed years :) Please remember, my studio is not large enough for a family of more than 3-4 people (and that would be pushing it...) so for family photos please plan for them to be outdoors!

And here is another Fall session I shot! I might be biased because they're family, but how adorable are they?? (Peep my little one in the top left photo with her cousins!)

If it's not one thing it's another!! I logged on my computer the other day to try and get caught up before the Holiday and OF COURSE, my computer wouldn't boot up!! It's now at the doctor getting surgery (hopefully one that doesn't cost too much) and I'm working on my older computer, which runs slower, but THANKFULLY still works! So if you're waiting on your sessions, I promise I'm working as quickly as possible to get them all done!

Ackkkkk!! 🙃🤪😪

Anyway, I'm going to be working all day and night tonight and tomorrow morning to try and get as much done as possible! Hopefully a few of you will have messages in your inbox by tomorrow!

I've been so bad at posting lately and I apologize! I have been doing photos this Fall and will start posting more regularly now!

Some updates:
I'm not doing any scheduled Christmas Petites this year, but if you want to schedule something with me, I would be more than happy to set up a session with you! I have several backdrops from previous years, we could always do an outdoor session, OR we could come up with something fun and different!

If you want to schedule a Fall Session, I feel like this will be the last week for the leaves. I could squeeze one or two sessions in this weekend but my times and locations will be very limited!

Also, my posts will also be posting over on Instagram now, so please join me there if you haven't already!

OHS Retakes have been scheduled for Thursday, November 18!

If you or your student did not love their photo (due to facial expression, hair, or clothing choice), I will be offering retakes this day. PLEASE RETURN THEIR PRINTED PHOTO PACKAGE AND INCLUDE A $5 REPRINT FEE! Without the photo package I will not know what package you ordered originally and it takes quite awhile to go back through the order forms with no information about your student.

If your student MISSED the original photo day, they will need to fill out a photo form (I've attached below) and cash/check needs to be included. Checks made out to PATRICIA WATERS please.

Please note: My November/December are VERY busy so I will be editing these and ordering them ASAP and WILL NOT be able to take late orders! I understand that sometimes things are forgotten, but it's very hard to get the photos back to you in a timely manner if I'm waiting on late orders.

Again, the attached order form is ONLY for students who did not get their photo taken on the first picture day!

If your student was absent or gone for any reason, they will be able to take their photo on retake day!
