📢 Business Update 📢

To all of my amazing clients,

I wanted to provide a quick update regarding current galleries, edits, and pending orders. Due to a major family emergency, I have had to step away from my computer and business operations more than anticipated. At this time, all session edits are experiencing delays.

Please know that I have not forgotten about any of you or your memories. My family needs my full attention right now, and unfortunately I have not even been able to sit down for five uninterrupted minutes to work on editing.

I sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. Your patience, understanding, and support during this difficult time mean more to me than I can put into words.

Thank you for continuing to support my small business and for extending so much grace while I navigate this unexpected situation. I will return to editing and responding to messages as soon as I am able.

✨ BUSINESS HOURS UPDATE – DESIGN SERVICES ✨

As my business continues to grow, I am making a few important changes to the operating hours for the design portion of Elegant Sunflower Photography & Designs LLC.

Effective immediately, design service hours will now be:

🕗 Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Messages, inquiries, and orders are still welcome outside of business hours at any time. However, please understand that orders/messages received after hours will be responded to, processed, and/or started on the next business day during normal operating hours.

I do offer expedited/rush services for customers needing faster turnaround times, but please note that rush processing is subject to availability and will require an additional fee.

These changes are being made to help create a healthier balance between business and family life, while ensuring I am able to give my children the time, attention, and support they need, as well as continue providing the best possible customer service and quality work to my clients.

I truly appreciate everyone’s continued support, patience, and understanding as I continue growing both my business and my family life. Thank you all for supporting my small business. 💛
