Welcome to brittbehindthecam! When I was little my parents gave me a disposable camera and brought me to a zoo, I ran from habitat to habitat snapping photos. They thought for sure when they got the photos developed they would all be blurry due to how quickly and carelessly I was snapping photos. To their surprise when the photos were developed I had actually taken amazing photos! When I got older they bought me a digital camera and camcorder and I began making videos and taking photos. I then started dabbling in editing and in middle school would make edits of my favorite tv shows using clips cut from different scenes and adding music. As I got older the passion for making videos and taking photos grew with me. I now take photos on a canon rebel t5 camera and use my iPhone 13 to create content. I love TikTok and Instagram and in 2020 ran a Disney photography Instagram account that gained 5,000 followers. In college, I was required to take two ARTS classes which ended up being Photography and Documentary films where I created and produced content that went on to be featured on my school's website. I am a self-taught hobbyist photographer who is constantly crafting my skills using my camera and photoshop.
