After much consideration I have decided that I shall be retiring from full time employment with AdventHealth on Friday September 6. This shall also be the 8 year anniversary as a cancer survivor. I always said that AdventHealth would be my final full time employment. I have had a wonderful 5 Year's there as part of the HITRUST team. This is the best and most effective team I have had the privilege to work with, as we all have unique skills that when we combine these we are successful. I would like you to thank everyone at AdventHealth for making my final 5 years rewarding for me. I may do some short term contract work if it's something that interests me. I'd like to thank everyone whom I have worked with or volunteered with over the years as you have all influenced me in some manner to get me to get me to where I am today. I thank you all. So today was a busy old day. But learning a lot. This is a fishing/duck hunting boat. It’s had everything stripped from it. I removed every bit of paint. I’m have resealed all the seams above and below the waterline. Today it got primed. They recommend 2 but I had a gallon of primer which had to be used so the interior got 1 the exterior got 4. This boat will not let in water. Tomorrow is top coat. Then I can build the front deck and storage areas. It shall be done this month.
