Hey orlando friends!! If you’re interested in running, starting this Thursday my friend Michael is starting a 6 week training block for all levels of runners!!!!

It’s going to meet twice a week. Thursday evenings at Blue Jacket Park. Sunday morning at Ligature Coffee.

Michael is a certified run coach and will be there to help and guide you every step of the way.

The cost is $60 for the whole program and you’ll even get some homework to do on your own outside of the group trainings if you want it!
