One of my first Real Estate jobs was the stunning Samsara Condominiums downtown Orlando. Developer Mark Kinchla calls the property Samsara, which is Sanskrit for rebirth.

The project has transformed the former United Pentecostal Church near downtown into five townhomes. Each unit has three stories, a garage for two cars, its own elevator, exposed historic brick and rooftop-terrace view of the Orlando skyline. The building dates to 1928.

It was featured in Interior Appeal magazine, my credits were given to a different photographer, but It's still one of my favorite projects.
