and send you those listings when they hit the market, giving you an early shot at submitting an offer on your “Dream Home” before the competition. I find the home for you as opposed to other agents that make you do the work yourself and wait for you to send them listings you find on your own. By that time it may be too late! I’m able to preview these homes for you, take my own photos or video and report back so you can decide which ones are worth your time to actually go see. For my sellers, I not only have a great network of vendors who offer my clients priority scheduling and pricing, but I’m able to coordinate with those providers and meet with them so you don’t have to.
