Just a quick reminder everyone:

Retainers for your artist’s time are non-refundable, and the same goes for reserved studio time. Unfortunately, I don’t own the studio — I rent the time. Even though the guys at Orlando Photography Studio are super cool, we have to remember that we’re all running businesses and we all have set policies.

Depending on the circumstances, and at my discretion, I do try to be lenient with retainers and may transfer them one time to a future booking. Again, this is entirely at my discretion. However, the studio fee is absolutely non-refundable.

Photographers and studios rent out their time. We block out a specific time slot for you, and you are retaining that time exclusively. You are paying for exclusivity for that specific booking, which is removed from our schedule and reserved just for you.

We are artists but we are all running businesses =)
