Internationally and Nationally Published Photography and Cinematography with a devotion to quality and a great client experience. When I first started capturing love stories one of the biggest elements thatI wanted for the client experience was for my couple's to be themselves. Being yourself is so beautiful and I truly believe that this can be reflected in wedding photography a

nd cinematography. Bold, beautiful and timeless are three elements that you will see within my photography and cinematography.

It's been a little while since I talked about myself on here and I see some new faces, so I figured it was a good time to share a little about me: I'm a traveling enthusiast, undercover nerd, New-York City Girl, lover of Ladybugs & Christian Siriano Heels. Is that a mouthful or what?

One of the things that I love about being a photographer is meeting couples who wholeheartedly enjoy being themselves. They embody being "unashamed" to the fullest.

On a wedding day, I know you want to enjoy your time with your family and friends during your celebration, so candid moments mixed with my artistic touch is perfect for you.

The time we spend together before
your wedding, on the wedding day and after the wedding is valuable. Because you value family heirlooms and life's milestones, capturing your love and life story throughout the years to come is why we'll stay connected beyond the wedding day.

I still keep in contact with my couples who’ve been married for several years and they still connect with me to share their family milestones along with updating their family heirlooms.

How valuable is time to you? I know this sounds really deep, but understanding that time is one of the most precious elements of our lives really changes things for you.

On a wedding day, things go by super fast and most of the time the people involved don’t see that but as an experienced photographer and videographer I see it all the time. No, this doesn’t mean that the couple doesn’t know how to manage their time. There are a lot of variables to consider. What it does mean is that you want the person capturing your day to understand how valuable your time is on the day of your wedding celebration.

For me, I’m not hesitant to stop my Bride or Couple (in the moment) so they can really take in what’s happening. Maybe that’s looking at the bridal gown one last time before putting it on. Maybe it’s getting one silly shot with your boys as you toast to being single one last time. Maybe it’s have 3-5 minutes in the Bridal suite ALONE to collect your emotions and thoughts before you transition into being a Mrs. The reasons on a wedding day can and will vary, but your day shouldn’t be rushed and moments shouldn’t be missed because time wasn’t respected.

This is also why I help my Couples choose the best Collection that matches what they want for their wedding day while also giving them the coverage they need.

Cheers to a beautiful weekend coming. It’s Friday & May 1st! Feels like April came and went by so fast.

I’m preparing to work on some edits for weddings, answering some Speaking Inquiry emails, and also working on some content for LEARNWITHAC™️! There are some other things going on in my life right now that I can’t share just yet, but for those who do know, thank you for helping me along the way.

I pray that you and your family is healthy and that you’re following necessary precautions for COVID19. 🌿

LOVING THESE SHIRTS THE GROOMSMEN WORE!!

One of my favorite sports is football. I’m the girl that understands all the terminology and I also may/may not (lol) scream at the TV during games!
I’ve been watching football since I was a little girl. My Dad was so shocked at how much I knew. It’s also one of the ways him and I bonded throughout my lifetime.

Today is the 🏈 A life-changing opportunity for all of the players to follow their dreams and take flight.

What’s your favorite team?

You know those people that you instantly connect with and feel like they are your new best friends?! Brittany and Devon are that kind of couple.

On their wedding day, these two were the calmest ever and all of their energy was focused on enjoying each other, having fun with their family and friends, seeing Phenix (their dog) walk down the aisle, but most importantly it was love. You could feel the love they have for each other every time you were around them.

As the day transpired I felt like family. It didn't feel like I was their "wedding photographer". Devon continued to show his heart for Brittany through some of the post-wedding surprises he had for her that I was truly excited to be a part of.

I'm grateful for the lives I get to encounter through the gift God has given me. I can't imagine having it any other way.

Does printing canvases or wedding albums matter? Quick answer: ABSOLUTELY! Here’s why. 🌿⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let me tell you a little story. You know I like sharing stories with you, and you’re here already so it’s only fair (lol).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My grandmother traveled the world a lot. She placed her feet on a lot of sacred and beautiful ground that I may never see in my lifetime, but also places I never knew she explored. How do I know this? Because she printed and kept images to tell her story even though she passed away almost 4 years ago to date.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My grandmother was also one of the first African American females at the age of 16 years old to work alongside a high profile government leader. Yes, I come from strong trailblazing stock!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My grandmother even kept old projector films. This means the only way I can see them was to load up a projector and let them play through that machine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heirloom wedding albums and canvases not only display your special celebration beautifully in your home setting, but they tell and represent your love story. They reflect your heart journey and they also serve as precious reminders of your legacy for the future generation. Just like my grandmothers images did for me. 🌿

DO THIS:

1. Car Battery Check: Get your car battery checked. If you’re already quarantined I understand that you may not be able to, but if not, so it now just in case we loose power OR you need your vehicle for an emergency.

2. Fire Alarm Batteries: Check all. Change as needed.

3. Carbon Monoxide Detector: If you have one. Check it.

4. Internet Connection: Call your cable company. Ask them to do a Speed Check on your connection. Make sure you’re up to date on your bill.

5. Rx Medications: Make sure you have enough for the next 30-60 days as permitted.
Also keep Tylenol handle. Check if contraindicated with your other medications.

6. Dog Food/Medications: Make sure you have as needed.

7. WATER: Stay hydrated. This is very important. It’s easy to get dried up staying inside. Set an alarm to drive 240 ml (8 oz.) = Water every hours (as long as you can medically do so. For those with water retention, kidney or heart issues follow your medical advice).

8. Vitamin B: Being inside for long periods of time can make you feel fatigued. If you can take Vitamin B for energy take it. Again, follow medical advice first. Call your physician to verify it’s okay to take.

9. Change Rooms: Work from a new room every 3 days. This will reset your brain into thinking you’re somewhere new which actually stimulates more productivity.

As promised, I'm here to keep you in the loop with updates as I receive them. This is a great question and I want to address this from two perspective.

1. As a Couple - You need to follow the regulations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and WHO. Believe it or not, if you violate and state or governmental regulations/restrictions not only can you get in trouble with local law enforcement, but you can possible put others at risk (health wise).

2. For Business Owners - Following the regulations set from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and WHO is important. For wedding vendors and venues, we are shooting one wedding and than done; well most aren't. We are traveling from venue to venue, state to state (if destination weddings) and this means we are exposed to those that are infected who may not know it.

Hey Couples,
Over the last few weeks, you’ve probably been glued to your digital devices. Am I right? And, if you’re honest, that’s how you found me.
