It occurred to me yesterday that I haven’t posted some of my photo work here in a while! So check out this beautiful 3 story condo in Celebration!

Life can change faster than you think if you allow it to. This time last year, I was living with my parents in Jacksonville, traveling back and forth to Orlando every weekend to visit my girlfriend, Emily, and dreaming of what it would be like to be a successful business owner. Saturday, I was on a my business coach’s yacht in Miami attending a mastermind with successful business owners generating millions in annual revenue.

This past 12 months has been fraught with emotional highs and lows, moments of pure ecstasy, thoughts of doubting myself, an overwhelming feeling of purpose, and a general love of learning. I took a chance and invested in a business coaching course based on some TikToks I had seen talking about real estate photography, and that investment into myself has proven to be the wisest money I’ve ever spent.

This past year I’ve met incredible people who have become close friends and clients, and I’ve learned a lot about who I am and what I want from my life. I’ve experienced support in ways I didn’t know I was capable of receiving, and I’ve been believed in more than I ever thought I deserved.

The girl I met on Twitter.com a few years ago and drove to Orlando all those weekends for turned out to be the most incredible partner I could have ever wished for. I’m so grateful I’m able to build something with her alongside me. Emily isn’t involved in this business since she has her own career, but she’s very much at the core of Cardinal Film and Photo. I couldn’t do anything I’ve done without her and I’m not sure I’d want to anyway. I didn’t realize what support really meant until she showed me.

The moral of this story is this: It’s possible to change your life if you want to. It’s really, really hard, but it’s possible. No man is an island, and I couldn’t have made such drastic change without an amazing support system.

It’s wild to think that 2024 was just the beginning. If we’ve worked together in any way this past year, I cannot express how meaningful your trust in me and my business really is. 2025 is going to be an amazing year. Excited is an understatement.

Believe it or not, before starting my business I was worried that it would be a lonely life. Going from house to house, taking photos and leaving. I had no concept for the type of friendships and sense of community I would actually end up building. I’m still very early in my business career, but since moving to Orlando this past February I’ve already become good friends with a number of my clients and built a network of like-minded people that I can rely on to keep me going. Lonely isn’t even a word I’d entertain anymore. Community, collection, belonging, and purpose are more apt.

I’m so grateful I took the leap and I’m so grateful to anyone that’s given me a chance to work with them! I truly love my clients and I think they’re the coolest people in the world. I can’t wait to keep meeting new people and building new relationships. You never know what can happen :)

609 Avocado St is officially LIVE and I can finally post these photos 🤩 I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw these pillars on the exterior of the house I wasn’t sure what I was in for. When I stepped inside and saw that s**g carpet I was shocked. But after walking through the home though I quickly decided I’m actually in love with it. Bought in 1971 just six month after construction, it’s basically a time capsule. I love my job so much.
