We spend so much time showing guests where they’re going to stay, but not enough time showing them what it will feel like to actually be there.
A beautiful kitchen matters. So does the pool, the bedroom and the view.
But guests aren’t just booking a property. They’re booking an experience:
☕ Coffee on the balcony.
🏊 The kids jumping into the pool.
🍽️ Dinner at a great restaurant nearby.
🌴 Everything they can experience outside the front door.
The property is the setting. The guest is the story.
That’s why we encourage hospitality brands to think beyond a traditional photo or video shoot. If you already have a production team on property, capture enough content to tell that story for months, not just enough to create one video.
This Friday at VRX 2026, I’ll be joining Louisa Baldock, Rebecca Ballart, Sam Mistretta and Allison Carpowich for:
🎤 Moving the Needle: Content That Captures Attention, and Converts
📅 Friday, September 25
⏰ 2:00 PM
We’ll be talking about what actually makes guests stop, engage, trust, and ultimately book.
Looking forward to this one! 🎥
