Had the pleasure of visiting Busch Gardens the other day and I was reminded how much impact that entertainment has on the guest experience. The park was relatively dead, but both Rhythm of Nature and Icons had packed shows, even though you could clearly see the amount of performers were cut and shows were modified. Nevertheless, the casts gave it their all and killed it all day!

An executive could say, "see, we cut back and people still came," or another way to view this would be to invest more into live entertainment and the people who are the heart and soul of these shows.

Bravo to all of the team members yesterday! You didn't miss a beat!

In a night full of incredible memories, this one will go down as one of the greatest in my theme park going life.

What a wonderful comeback story and to do it in front of the most rabid fans of the show, in the final show, was an amazing nod of appreciation that I'm sure that crowd will also never forget.
