Girl... your worth is NEVER tied to someone else's choices.

I've been reading through applications for my Style Guide Project, and my heart just hurts. The number of women who have shared stories of infidelity, heartbreak, and being made to feel like they weren't enough is honestly heartbreaking.

Please don't let someone else's actions convince you that you aren't beautiful, worthy, or enough. Their choices say everything about them and nothing about your value.

Anybody else ever look in the mirror and wonder where the time has went and who the hell that is looking back at you? It's funny but not at the same time. 😏

Like you’re constantly taking care of so much, running kids everywhere, figuring out dinner for the 900th time, cleaning up random messes, answering questions every 4 seconds and somewhere along the way you stopped really seeing yourself anymore.

That’s honestly one of the biggest reasons I love doing these sessions. It give us moms something for just US and to reconnect with yourself in a really fun and meaningful way!

We deserve to feel great about ourselves and honor ourselves a little too :-)
