Life... Through Observing Squirrels
I observe most everything when I'm out in the world. Here are 8 things I've learned about life through watching squirrels.
1. Adaptability - squirrels are incredibly adaptable animals, able to thrive in a variety of environments and make the most of their surroundings. This teaches us the importance of being adaptable in our own lives and being able to adjust to new circumstances.
2. Persistence - watching squirrels tirelessly search for food and build their nests reminds us of the importance of persistence and never giving up, even when faced with challenges.
3. Resourcefulness - squirrels are known for their ability to find creative ways to obtain food and build shelter. This teaches us the importance of being resourceful and finding solutions to problems using the resources available to us.
4. Patience - squirrels often exhibit patience as they wait for the right moment to gather food or navigate obstacles. This serves as a reminder to practice patience in our own lives and trust good things will come with time.
5. The value of preparation - squirrels spend a great deal of time preparing for the future by collecting and storing food for the winter. This teaches us the importance of planning and preparing for the future in order to ensure our well-being.
6. Playfulness - squirrels are often seen engaging in playful activities, reminding us of the importance of finding joy and fun in our daily lives.
7. Balance - squirrels are able to balance themselves and navigate through complex environments with grace and agility. This serves as a reminder to strive for balance in our own lives, both physically and mentally.
8. The interconnectedness of life - observing squirrels interact with their environment and other animals reminds us of the interconnectedness of all living beings and the importance of living in harmony with nature.
