🏠🚁 A friendly but important reminder for our local real estate professionals:

Drone footage used to advertise or market a property is considered a non-recreational operation—even when the Realtor owns the drone, flies it personally, and doesn’t charge a separate drone fee.

The person serving as Remote Pilot in Command must hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. An uncertified person may operate the controls only under the direct supervision of a certified Remote Pilot in Command who can immediately take control.

Unauthorized drone operations can result in serious FAA enforcement, with civil penalties reaching up to $75,000 per violation.

Protect your clients, your business, and your professional reputation. Cloud Hopper LLC is FAA Part 107 certified and insured, providing professional aerial photography and video throughout East Alabama and West Georgia.

Let us capture your next property safely, legally, and professionally!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ANOTHER 5-STAR GOOGLE REVIEW! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are incredibly thankful for another amazing review for Cloud Hopper LLC! 📸❤️

We recently had the opportunity to capture a very special Sweet 16 celebration, and receiving feedback like this means so much to us:

“CloudHopper did an absolutely wonderful job from beginning to end capturing my daughter’s Sweet 16! He arrived early to help with setup, was friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. The pictures were beautifully edited and sent to me the very next day! The quality was truly on point, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. These are memories that I will treasure forever. ❤️

Thank you so much, , for helping make her special day even more memorable! 📸✨ I highly recommend you to anyone looking for amazing photography!”
